Choosing a student house for 2027/28 is a lot like ordering off a menu. Here's how to get it right:
Pick your area: Close to campus in Kensington, or by the bars and restaurants of Smithdown Road and Sefton Park? Think about where you'll spend most of your time.
Choose your size: Count up your group and decide how many bedrooms you need, and whether en-suites are a must.
Compare sides: If bills are included, are they capped or uncapped? How many bathrooms will you be sharing between you? And what comes with the house itself, from the kitchen to the furniture? Two houses at the same price can be very different once you look closer.
Check the bill: Look at the weekly rent per person and make sure the total works for everyone's budget.
