What makes a Cosi home?
Dedicated Portfolio Manager
Once you’ve moved in, you’ll have a dedicated Portfolio Manager who knows your property and is on hand to support you throughout your tenancy. Whether it’s sorting a repair, helping with paperwork, or even recommending a great local spot for coffee.
All properties are thoroughly checked
Not every house becomes a Cosi Home. We only work with landlords who share our values, and every property is checked to make sure it meets our standards, from legal compliance to how the space looks and functions day to day. If it doesn’t pass, you won’t see it on our books.
Housemate compatibility
We believe a home is only as good as the people you live with. We get to know each tenant so we can match housemates with similar lifestyles, values and routines, so the house actually works, socially as well as practically.

Bills included
Your rent covers everything – gas, electric, water, internet, TV licence, and council tax where required. Just one simple monthly payment, with no hidden extras. It’s renting made easier.
Dedicated app
All your tenancy info, in your pocket. Our app makes it easy to report maintenance, check rent schedules, track documents, and stay on top of everything, without digging through emails.

Exclusive to Cosi housemates, Cosi Club is our community and wellbeing programme designed to help you feel more at home — in your house and in Liverpool.
